Michael Stewart, a proud graduate of the University of Houston, where he earned a Business Degree in Computer Information Systems. His journey in the world of construction and real estate has spanned over two decades. In 2001, he embarked on a career with Parkcrest Builders, specializing in multifamily construction, specifically HUD 221 (D)(4’s). In 2015, he and his brother established Stewart Residential, LLC, further expanding his influence in the industry.

Throughout his career, he has overseen the development and construction of a diverse portfolio of projects, including multi-family dwellings, single-family homes, and commercial properties, spread across the vibrant states of Texas, Kansas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Mississippi, and Louisiana. With over 20 years of experience running his construction business, he has honed his expertise in construction and development. He specializes in providing innovative solutions to real estate developers and contractors, addressing their construction needs with a keen eye for detail and efficiency. His career has also seen him take on the vital roles of disaster relief and hurricane recovery efforts, emphasizing his commitment to making a positive impact on the communities he serves. He has been involved with the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo for 18 years as a volunteer and serves on 3 committees.

He is deeply involved in all phases of project development. This includes collaborating with owners during the design phase, meticulously formulating budgets, skillfully negotiating contracts with both owners and subcontractors, and effectively managing projects throughout the construction process.
